ORDERING

You will receive an error message if you try to checkout with the cart provided. You have to click on the order now buttons provided on every page and fill out the google form. Why do we use a google form? We use the form so we can keep providing you with good quality products at an affordable rate. 

 

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most orders ship within 7-10 business days after your invoice is paid. You will be provided with tracking info once your item is ready to be shipped.  Once an item is shipped it is no longer Sweet Self's Crafts responsibility.

 

RETURNS

 We do not accept returns on custom orders unless there was something wrong on our end. If you purchase a RTS item it can only be returned if it has not been worn. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any returned items.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive and email from paypal with all the tracking info.
